Update on Juice

So it’s been almost a week since I’ve been taking my juice cleanse (stated in the previous blog). And I have to admit that I feel a lot better. The things i’ve noticed thus far:

I have a more stabilized energy level. I don’t get as tired throughout the day and I don’t fall asleep in the car as much now. I also sleep better, unless of course woken up by our dad at 5:00AM. I also don’t crave sweets as much, not sure if this is just a mental thing or it actually had some affect on it. Recently i’ve added a fiber supplement to the mix. Fiber is known to help fight fat, keep you “full” longer and regulate blood sugar levels. Since starting the fiber packs I can say with all honesty I don’t feel as hungry as I did before. AND the cravings (late night) are manageable.

My goal is to do this cleanse for about a month so I have three weeks left. I don’t own a scale but weight loss is not the goal for this particular cleanse. It’s more or less to restart my internal operation. And from what I have experienced so far, I think it’s working.
