Car Blues

So the other day while headed to the airport the “Check Engine and Parking Brake Light” indicator came on, in our car. Needless to say this made me panic as we were headed over an hour out of town, have family coming to visit soon and it was only me while my brother is in Kyoto.

I called our friends and the dealer who sold us the car and came to the conclusion that as the car could still drive it was an issue with the brake switch or sensor.

i was advised to go to the main dealership so they could take a look at the issue. Our car is under warranty still so it should be covered at no cost to us.

I’m hoping that we can get it fixed quickly as time is not on our side as our parents come to Hokkaido on Monday!
